Job Description
As an Associate Service Delivery Analyst, you will work within a global cloud operations and service delivery center for QAD. You’ll be working with technical teams and mentors, learning QAD applications, systems, and software. Your responsibilities will include assisting in resolving technical issues and collaborating within a team to support global clients.
Responsibilities include performing initial triage on reported application issues from global customers and partners, providing solutions with guidance from mentors. You'll also maintain quality standards and procedures, learn and adhere to all support processes, consult mentors when needed, and enhance application knowledge through on-the-job learning and training.
