Role:
- Own full-cycle recruiting specifically for contractor and consultant hiring.
- Build and manage contractor pipelines across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
- Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-find SAP and Oracle skill sets.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience recruiting SAP and Oracle consultants.
- Strong experience with contract/contingent workforce recruiting.
- Previous recruiting experience at a systems integrator such as Accenture, Deloitte, or Capgemini.
Growth:
- Help build the contractor recruiting function at a rapidly growing enterprise AI company.
- Work closely with the team to bring in specialized talent for complex enterprise transformations.
