Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine, generating qualified pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. You’ll identify key decision makers, engage them with compelling outreach, and set meetings that lead to revenue.

Responsibilities include conducting outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to targeted accounts in enterprise and mid-market segments, qualifying inbound leads, researching accounts and personalize messaging to C-level and security stakeholders (CISOs, IT, Compliance, etc.), collaborating closely with Account Executives and Marketing, maintaining accurate data and activity logs in HubSpot, and hitting or exceeding monthly targets for meetings booked and opportunities created.
