Engineering Lead

This position will participate in technical workgroups and function as a technical expert as well as serve as the Engineering Lead on the team. The individual in this role will assist in resolving complex and high-risk issues. This role supports the research, analysis, design, creation, and implementation of infrastructure systems to meet current and future user requirements; working with service, integrator, and cloud service providers to modify and maintain existing systems to address changes in business processes. The Engineering Lead will carry out tasks to ensure service providers and integrators achieve contracted service delivery outcomes. They will also be responsible for maintaining efficient and optimal networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), the internet, intranets, and other data communications systems.
