New Team Manager, FinCrime (Nights)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager (out of hours) to lead a dedicated team of Senior Financial Crime Investigators. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of financial crime typologies, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment during non-standard hours. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of financial crime prevention and detection activities throughout the night, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Key responsibilities include team leadership, performance management, escalations management, people queries & support, service delivery & quality assurance, incident management, compliance & risk.
