Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and implement training and development programs for employee growth. This role involves identifying training needs, designing curriculum and career paths, and ensuring effective delivery of training sessions. The Learning & Development Manager will work closely with department heads and stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals and will partner with the HR department across 19+ countries. This role focuses on key responsibilities such as designing onboarding, performance, and talent mapping processes, updating training materials, customizing content for different geographies, and managing the implementation of lifecycle processes in Workday. In addition, this leader facilitates training sessions, assesses program effectiveness, and stays updated on industry trends.
