Job Description
As Engagement Manager you will design and implement standardized project scoping templates and processes using AI. Create and maintain documentation to support resource allocation decisions across partners and services. Develop and deliver training materials for sales teams on services and partner value propositions, customer outcomes, and services offerings. Improve scope accuracy by leveraging AI to extract data insights from Kantata, SOWs, and the Partner Portal. Reduce dependency on delivery resources in scoping through collaboration with presales, Airtable experts, and AI tools. You will own the design and execution of implementation plans for internal services and co-delivery scopes, coordinate with Partner Managers and manage deals to ensure successful project delivery. Meet scoping SLAs, attach rates, and PS & Premium Support bookings targets.
