Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution of member dinner series, including venue sourcing, RSVP management, and logistics coordination.
- Travel regularly across the U.S. to host in-person events and support conference presence.
- Be the face of Collective at events, providing warm engagement and championing member needs.
Community Engagement:
- Keep the online community active through programming like pitch competitions and expert series.
- Run the Member Innovation Council to gather structured feedback that shapes product development.
- Identify and elevate member stories and wins for broader team insights.
Content and Collaboration:
- Capture photos, videos, and stories from events to create social content and case studies.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to turn community moments into actionable content.
- Document and share event feedback and insights to inform company strategy and operations.
