Job Description

Samsara’s Sales Operations team ensures the sales organization operates efficiently, scales effectively, and is empowered to win. As the Director, you'll lead the Business Partner function. This team of managers and analysts closely with Sales leadership to drive operational excellence, deliver cross-functional initiatives, and scale core processes, systems, and policies. This role offers to shape the future of our sales strategy and play a critical part in driving Samsara’s next phase of growth. You will inspire, lead, and grow a high-performing team of ~15 Sales Operations managers and analysts, driving critical go-to-market initiatives while scaling core business processes, policies, and technologies. You will also act as a strategic thought partner to Sales Leadership, shaping the roadmap and priorities for operational projects. Additionally, you'll own global Sales Policy governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity through regular audits and documentation.
