Who We Are:
- XDS Bicycles is one of the world's largest vertically integrated bicycle manufacturers.
- We are coming to the US for the first time with our X-LAB line-up of high performance bicycles.
What You'll Do:
- Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS and open new accounts.
- Prospect in person within your territory, including cold walk-ins.
- Train shop staff on product and positioning.
You're a Great Fit With:
- Experience in the cycling industry and with bicycle shops (mandatory).
- 5+ years of sales experience built on relationships.
- Comfort and flexibility with traveling and starting conversations in person.
Our Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary plus commission structure (expected OTE $125k-$175k).
- Demo bike fleet and comprehensive travel allowances.
- Remote-focused role with office space in Santa Monica.
