Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies for CA, HI, NV, AZ, and NM.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, reps, contractors, engineers, and end users.
- Lead manufacturer representatives through business planning, training, and performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience with 3+ years of sales success in industrial markets.
- Proven ability to grow territory and develop strategic territory plans.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
Additional Information:
- Remote position with 60% travel required.
- Preferred locations: CA, AZ, or NV near major airport.
