Position Summary:
- The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales, market share, and profitability objectives for the McWane Plant & Industrial product portfolio throughout the assigned territory.
- Serving as the commercial leader for the Western region, this individual will drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with distributors, manufacturers' representatives, contractors, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies for California, Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, manufacturers' representatives, contractors, engineers, municipalities, and end users.
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable assigned manufacturer representatives and distribution partners through business planning and performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in industrial, mechanical, waterworks, or related infrastructure markets.
- Proven ability to grow a territory through new customer acquisition, channel development, and project influence.
