Role Summary:
- As Regional Sales Manager, you will drive profitable growth by developing new business and expanding relationships across the Midwest.
- You'll have full ownership of your territory, focusing on Plumbing and HVAC product lines.
- This is an individual contributor role with autonomy to build your sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, contractors, and distributors.
- Manage customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and provide consultative solutions.
- Use CRM tools for pipeline management, forecasting, and market intelligence.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, plus commission and performance incentives.
