Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adjust business development strategies aligned with RSSW Wheels' corporate objectives.
- Identify, target, and develop new markets and customer segments to expand distribution network.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and analyze sales performance to adjust strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales representation experience with field sales background.
- Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files and comfortable with CRM and MS Office.
