About the Role:
- Semgrep is hiring a Head of Growth & Integrated Marketing to own the go-to-market strategy and convert it into pipeline and revenue.
- You will lead a team of 7 across Integrated Campaigns, Lifecycle, Web Development, and PLG.
What You'll Own:
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team of 7 spanning campaign management, lifecycle/email, web, and PLG growth marketing.
- Drive integrated campaign strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels aligned to pipeline targets.
- Own full-funnel performance tracking and partner with Brand, Content, Marketing Ops, and Sales.
About You:
- 10–15 years of B2B marketing experience with meaningful time in demand gen or integrated campaigns.
- Proven track record managing multi-discipline marketing teams and deep fluency in funnel metrics.
- Experience marketing to technical audiences and high emotional intelligence.
