What you'll do:
- Set technical direction for the DAP Repository Flows team, driving architecture decisions for onboarding and background flows.
- Lead design and delivery of autonomous and scheduled agents on customer codebases.
- Partner across teams to align on interfaces and platform capabilities.
What we're looking for:
- Deep, hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails in production systems.
- Proven track record integrating LLMs and building agentic systems.
- Strong written communication and ability to operate in an async-first environment.
