Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding by leading end-to-end integrations for fraud and compliance products.
  • Translate technical requirements into practical solutions and ensure successful deployments through hands-on support.
  • Own and maintain technical documentation, including APIs, SDKs, and integration guides.

Project and Client Management:

  • Analyze client needs from both technical and functional perspectives to design effective solutions.
  • Monitor project quality, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and drive deliverables to completion.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer business problems to provide tailored solutions using Sardine's technology.

Technical and Collaboration:

  • Utilize expertise in SQL, JSON, APIs, and scripting to support integrations and build internal tools.
  • Communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide product feedback as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
