Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain employment templates, policies, and legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Monitor global employment legislation and assess business impact.
- Provide strategic legal advice across the full employee lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Law degree with admission to practice in one or more jurisdictions.
- 4+ years of employment law experience, combining law firm and in-house.
- Strong expertise in cross-border employment and Employer of Record models.
