Design and implement people systems that support a distributed, licensed clinical workforce operating across multiple states. Serve as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational leaders, helping them navigate complexity, develop their teams, and strengthen culture. As Hazel’s People Business Partner to our Growth and G&A functions, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Enterprise GTM, Marketing, Corporate Development and Strategy, Finance, and Legal.
