About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Drive long-term roadmap for the Sales & Marketing Team and ensure alignment with company strategy.
  • Develop team members through training, accountability, and effective communication of processes.
  • Take ownership of messaging, positioning, and market analysis to inform business strategies.
