Job Summary:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a claims examining team and ensure high-quality adjudication.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop claims examiners to achieve departmental production and quality goals.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and assign work, monitor compliance with regulations, and resolve workflow challenges.
• Act as subject matter expert for escalated claims and implement process improvements.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and participate in hiring and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and two years of claims examiner experience preferred.
• Knowledge of disability adjudication, leave laws, and medical terminology.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills.
