About the Role:
- Lead the day-to-day strategic management of a key client account delivering integrated Medical Affairs and Publications programs.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality scientific communications.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Client Services experience within a medical communications agency, specifically with Medical Affairs and/or Publications accounts.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, profitability, and drive organic growth.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
