About the Role:
- As Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll conduct case file reviews to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local policies.
- You'll monitor data integrity, identify deficiencies, and support corrective action across programs.
What You'll Do:
- Review incoming invoices, payment requisitions, and ACH requests for accuracy and authorization.
- Lead bi-weekly check-in calls with Program Directors and Regional Directors.
- Maintain spreadsheets, monitor quality dashboards, and alert the QA Manager of discrepancies.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent workforce experience with WIOA, TANF, or SNAP.
- Strong MS Excel skills and the ability to learn specialized databases.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail.
