Revenue Systems Administrator

About the Role:

• You'll own the systems that power our go-to-market motion, starting with hands-on administration and growing into architectural ownership.
• This is not a CRM-specialist role; you'll work across the full GTM technology stack.

What You'll Do:

• Administer and improve our GTM stack: users, objects, fields, workflows, automations, integrations, and data hygiene.
• Own access and security at the data layer, designing granular controls for AI agents and API-driven actions.
• Build automation that enforces deal-stage gates, handoffs, territory logic, and sales process.

What You'll Bring:

• 1–3 years hands-on experience building and maintaining an object-oriented CRM system (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
• A genuine point of view on CRM architecture, permission models, and automation patterns.
• Deep comfort with permission models and a general systems mindset.
