What this job can offer you:
- Driving the execution & adoption of the Remote HR Management suite of products
- Being the dedicated execution engine for the business unit
- Supporting Sales to commercialize HRM suite of products and achieve growth targets
What you bring:
- A background in Management Consulting, BizOps, VC, or as a Chief of Staff
- A proven track record of building and scaling systems, operations, and processes within the SaaS industry
- The ability to prioritize building automated, scalable workflows
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end GTM execution plan for our HR suite of products
- Engineer GTM Efficiency by identifying "hotspots" and friction in the sales and marketing funnel
- Serve as the internal and external authority on the HR domain
