New Client Success Manager, College Pads

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Client Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our university and property management clients experience the full value of our platform. From onboarding new partners to fostering long-term relationships and facilitating contract renewals, you’ll play a key role in client satisfaction and retention. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience that supports the ongoing success of our partners in the off-campus housing ecosystem. The role involves prospecting new clients, identifying key stakeholders, scheduling meetings, leading onboarding for new clients, and engaging existing clients to support renewals.
