Job Description

Looking for a proactive EA/PA who will bring order to personal operations, household logistics, and travel troubleshooting while creating simple, scalable systems. You’ll own inbox and file hygiene, budgets and subscriptions, travel/loyalty optimization, contact management and light personal social + real-estate research. You’ll collaborate closely with the Client and her Director of Operations, taking initiative and closing loops without hand-holding. Responsibilities include personal operations & organization, inbox & file hygiene, contact management & migration, budgets, bills & subscriptions and documentation & SOPs. Also includes travel & lifestyle logistics, household/vendor coordination, family/student admin and shared expense tracking. Communications & scheduling, first-pass responses and maintain a warm, high-touch tone. Light Real-Estate & Personal Brand Support. Minimum qualifications include 3+ years in EA/PA, household manager, operations coordinator, or similar role supporting a busy principal, expert with Google Workspace, strong Microsoft 365/Outlook. Must have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfortable with constant contact/list tools. Must be travel savvy; familiarity with airline loyalty programs and escalation tactics.
