Primary Responsibilities:

Leverage existing relationships to uncover new business opportunities and expand environmental compliance services in the Southeast.
Build strong client relationships, develop proposals, and provide technical leadership for complex environmental projects.
Mentor regional staff, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure consistent project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of environmental consulting experience.
Demonstrated success in client relationship management, project leadership, and independent market building.
Experience with environmental regulations and ability to adapt to state-specific nuances across Southeastern states.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Southeastern U.S. regulatory environments and an established client network.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification, environmental auditor certification, or experience in manufacturing/food and beverage industries.
