Summary:

  • Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers by delivering a seamless experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify and resolve customer inquiries using active listening and critical thinking for first call resolution.
  • Answer inbound phone inquiries timely and accurately, including balances, transfers, and debit card support.
  • Promote virtual branch solutions and meet or exceed quality and productivity goals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous inbound call center experience and financial services background preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Work Environment:

  • Remote position with a dedicated home office and reliable internet (10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload).
  • Must reside within 50 miles of Homestead, FL; hours 8:30am-5:15pm EST with rotating Saturday shifts.
  • Travel availability required.
