Manager, Sales Analytics

Accountabilities:

• Design, build, and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards covering KPIs, conversion rates, agent productivity, and pipeline health.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to inform strategy and performance improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency with business intelligence and dashboarding tools; experience with Sigma strongly preferred.
