Sales Planning and Reporting Analyst

Sales Planning:

• Partner with leadership and sales teams to develop sales plans and strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Assist in coordination of annual budget process and ongoing forecasting reviews.
• Analyze and recommend adjustments in account segmentation to drive alignment across regions/territories.

Sales Data Analysis:

• Analyze sales performance metrics like historical data, conversion rates, and pipeline data to identify opportunities.
• Drive actionable insights to improve sales strategies and tactics.
• Collect and consolidate data from CRM systems, databases, and spreadsheets.

Reporting and Dashboards:

• Define and track KPIs to evaluate sales team performance.
• Create and maintain reports using Tableau and Alteryx.
• Develop automated reporting processes for timely delivery of sales reports.

Performance Tracking:

• Provide regular reports and updates on KPIs to management and sales teams.
• Communicate insights through clear reports and presentations.
• Provide recommendations to improve sales team performance.
