- Assist in developing and maintaining a quality contractor program through business reviews, training, and monitoring of applications.
- Provide technical services, including specification review, pre-job meetings, and rooftop inspections.
Qualifications:
- Required: H.S. Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
- Required: 5+ years in roofing, building, or construction industry; 1-3 years managing client relationships.
- Preferred: Sales experience in building materials, particularly multi-channel selling of roofing products.
Work Environment:
- Remote in-home office with 60-80% travel for customer visits, events, and offsite meetings.
- Physical demands include stationary position, moving, and occasional reaching, handling, and communication.
- Work conditions may involve cold, heat, humidity, and hazards rarely to occasionally.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual compensation range $100,000 to $200,000, including base salary and estimated commission.
