As an Account Executive at Vanta, you will join a team that is building and scaling our upmarket motion, helping shape Vantaβs strategy and execution in strategic segments. This role requires someone who is confident navigating complex deals independently and working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and the channel. Success in this role means driving full-cycle deals from prospecting through closeβboth directly and through partners.
Responsibilities include owning and driving net-new business acquisition within the Enterprise and Upper Mid-Market segments, closing 5+ six-figure opportunities per quarter, managing the full sales cycle, building and maintaining a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaborating with partners, engaging with senior stakeholders, working with legal, product, engineering, solution engineers, and GRC specialists, and contributing to building the upmarket playbook.
