Practice Lead, Advisory Technology Group

Position Summary:

• BPM Caravel Partners' Advisory Technology Group is hiring a Practice Lead to deepen current offerings, open new ones, and drive commercial results.
• This hands-on role involves leading client engagements, setting strategic direction, and owning the financial performance of the practice.

Responsibilities:

• Own the number: practice revenue, margin, and growth; build the annual plan and contribute directly to bookings.
• Lead client work directly by running assessments, roadmaps, platform selections, and process transformations.
• Expand the practice by creating new service definitions, accelerators, and reusable assets, and by producing thought leadership content.
