Job Description
The Sr. Business Process Consultant(AI), Expert Services is the functional and process expert of a customer engagement team – consulting with customers and guiding them in the endeavor of transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of the ServiceNow Generative AI products. The goal is to accelerate and drive customer business outcomes.
In this role, you will integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This includes using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. Responsibilities include process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/future-state processes, leading customer design workshops and supporting customer process owners to obtain business requirements. You'll also guide customers in completing required documentation, draft functionality-focused user stories, and support unit testing.
