Job Description
The primary job function is to maintain and build the relationship between the Company and the agency force in an assigned inside territory. Serves as the primary liaison to the agency force, which includes increasing sales, profitability management, training agents on Company systems, products and processes, as well as facilitating the process of agency ownership changes within their territory. Participates in an assigned telephone hunt group to answer and resolve agency phone calls. Plans for agency phone visits by setting up planned agency calls, reviewing agency production and profitability levels, and establishing agendas. The role also involves promoting products and programs to agency partners via phone, gathering competitor intelligence, and analyzing business operations to develop recommendations.
