Responsibilities:
- Establish clinical understanding and sales demand within LTC facilities and pharmacies through one-on-one meetings and presentations.
- Call on HCPs, medical directors, DONs, and pharmacy directors daily to educate on product profile and access.
- Execute high call productivity, meet targets, and analyze territory information for effective account planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience including LTC settings.
- Experience calling on SNF, ALF, LTC pharmacies, or consultant pharmacist networks.
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Office, and strong influencing skills.
Additional Information:
- Base salary range $125,000-$175,000 plus vehicle allowance, bonus, and long-term incentives.
- Significant field travel (approximately 80%) required; valid driver's license needed.
