Responsibilities:

  • Establish clinical understanding and sales demand within LTC facilities and pharmacies through one-on-one meetings and presentations.
  • Call on HCPs, medical directors, DONs, and pharmacy directors daily to educate on product profile and access.
  • Execute high call productivity, meet targets, and analyze territory information for effective account planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience including LTC settings.
  • Experience calling on SNF, ALF, LTC pharmacies, or consultant pharmacist networks.
  • Proficiency in Veeva CRM, Microsoft Office, and strong influencing skills.

Additional Information:

  • Base salary range $125,000-$175,000 plus vehicle allowance, bonus, and long-term incentives.
  • Significant field travel (approximately 80%) required; valid driver's license needed.
