Senior/Principal Client Engagement Manager (Operations)

Role Overview:

• You will lead the Client Engagement function into an AI-native operating environment while running key customer engagements with top carriers.
• This is a builder's seat for someone who sees operational friction as a problem to be solved with better systems, smarter tooling, and well-designed AI.

What You'll Do:

• Drive end-to-end customer engagements and program management with precision, from onboarding to executive readouts.
• Drive the AI-native transformation of Client Engagement, embedding AI agents and automation into daily workflows.
• Own the team's knowledge sources and proactively build new layers of documentation.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in operations, strategy, program management, or enterprise implementation in client-facing roles.
• Hands-on familiarity with building AI agents and internal tools, and basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
• A self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a bias for action and ownership.
