Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales compensation administration, finance, or accounting.
  • Demonstrated experience administering and analyzing incentive compensation plans.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Internal Responsibilities:

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
