Sleep Care Advisor (S0) Virtual Assistant

Role Overview:

• Engage prospective patients and guide them through at-home sleep testing options.
• Build trust through consultative sales and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact patients via phone, email, and SMS, documenting all interactions in CRM.
• Support testing purchases and submission of existing sleep-study results.
• Escalate clinical questions and track progress toward conversion goals.

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years in sales, customer engagement, or patient support.
• Excellent English, strong phone skills, and CRM experience required.
• Comfortable meeting targets, handling objections, and maintaining privacy.
