You will serve as a functional owner for Workday Core HCM and Talent, supporting critical HR technology across the employee lifecycle.
You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and maintain functional configuration across Workday Core HCM and Talent, ensuring platform supports employee lifecycle requirements.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements to improve reliability and user experience.
Lead Workday release testing and regression activities to maintain system stability.

Qualifications:

Bring professional experience supporting Workday HCM with practical knowledge of the platform and its role in HR processes.
Demonstrate knowledge of Workday business process configuration and experience with testing, production support, and issue resolution.
Workday Pro certification preferred, along with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
