Job Description
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market and adoption strategy for key product areas, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, enablement, and scalable adoption playbooks. Translate product innovation into customer value by partnering closely with Product, Engineering, CX, Sales, and the broader Marketing team. This person will be uncovering customer and competitive insights and transform them into compelling narratives and differentiated messaging that resonates across channels.
They will also equip Sales and Enablement teams with the right assets, talk tracks, and training to effectively communicate value and close deals, along with defining and tracking success metrics for product marketing efforts, including demo conversion, product adoption, campaign performance, and new logo acquisition.
This role involves leading user research and feedback loops to gather insights and identify opportunities to refine GTM strategies and improve customer engagement, as well as driving end-to-end product storytelling across every touchpoint.
