- Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly/biweekly multi-state payrolls.
- Audit and reconcile payroll data for compliance and accuracy.
Training and Support:
- Train hotel staff on payroll software and timekeeping systems.
- Assist properties with payroll process and weekly approvals.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Process off-cycle checks, reversals, and voids.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and other duties as assigned.
