Payroll Management:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly/biweekly multi-state payrolls.
  • Audit and reconcile payroll data for compliance and accuracy.

Training and Support:

  • Train hotel staff on payroll software and timekeeping systems.
  • Assist properties with payroll process and weekly approvals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Process off-cycle checks, reversals, and voids.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and other duties as assigned.
