Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing recruitment systems and processes across the ERMCO Enterprise. This remote role focuses on enhancing the technical and operational functions of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics. A strong emphasis is placed on data collection, reporting, and measuring the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities include system administration, configuring and maintaining the ATS, providing technical support, collaborating with HR, managing job postings, tracking recruitment metrics, and implementing automation tools. The role also requires designing and implementing dashboards, supporting HR in workforce planning, and securely managing recruitment data.
