Director, Contracts

• They work with commercial clients across automotive, travel, CPG, entertainment, healthcare, media, and telecom industries.

About the Role:

• The Director, Contracts will own end-to-end contract management for 14TH and its portfolio companies.
• Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements, managing vendor contracts, NDAs, and SOWs.
• This role also leads compliance initiatives, privacy policies, and corporate insurance portfolio management.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle and manage the contract management system (LinkSquares).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve contractual, operational, and compliance issues.
• Provide training to internal stakeholders on contract processes and legal terminology.
