Responsibilities:
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, ensuring timely resolution of desktop application and equipment issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors, prioritizing, and escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain endpoint security, antivirus definitions, and system patches.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop applications, and standard corporate hardware.
- Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, server roles and services.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and customer-focused demeanor.
