Job Overview:
- Act as a key liaison between Customer Success and internal teams.
- Support the Client Success Manager through process development and data reviews.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive success and cultivate client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities like email, ticket tracking, and administrative support.
- Triage emails, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of client needs.
- Monitor and manage client support tickets, coordinating with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1-3 years of experience.
- Expertise in administrative support, cross-functional collaboration, and project management.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
