Job Description

In this role, you’ll lead client relationships from onboarding through renewal. You’ll serve as the main point of contact, guiding clients through all processes. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage timelines, and leverage automation tools will be essential to keeping projects on track and clients excited. The specialist will onboard new clients with structured kickoff calls and milestone planning and manage timelines and automate task flows using tools like Zapier or Make. Further responsibilities include communicating clearly and proactively with clients and internal teams, troubleshooting issues quickly and keeping delivery running smoothly, and supporting renewals by consistently delivering a strong client experience. You’ll shape the customer success function at a high-growth studio and help turn creative ideas into scalable systems that clients love.
