- The Resource Management Coordinator supports effective deployment, utilization, and tracking of resources across projects.
- Works closely with project managers, Finance, and HR to ensure optimal staffing and efficient bench management.
- Manages reporting, documentation, and facilitation of coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staffing requests and support timely deployment of resources.
- Track employee availability and maintain resource allocation tools.
- Support reporting activities like utilization reports and capacity planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 3–5 years of experience in coordination, resource management, or PMO support.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
