Role Overview:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for commercial partners on the East Coast.
- Ensure site readiness, compliance, and seamless implementation.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients during onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience.
- Conduct site assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor progress, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years in onboarding, project management, or quality assurance.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in healthcare administration or FACT is a plus.
Compensation:
- Annual salary range $100,000-$140,000 based on experience and location.
- Eligible for pre-IPO equity, annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
